We are only as good as our staff is. Be Well Senior Living is very proud and very grateful for the team of very talented, cheerful and hard working people that help us make our San Fernando Valley Homes the best that they can be. All our caregivers receive extensive elder care training including medication management and Dementia care prior to starting their assignment with us.

They get continued coaching throughout their employment that is overseen by Julie Root, a registered nurse and our director of education and caregivers training. We invite you to stop by any time to our Sherman Oaks homes or to our Tarzana location so that you can see for yourself and meet these wonderful and caring people.
